Greetings! =)Call me Carn! I am a digital & traditional artist with a focus in character design, horror-based media, and illustration!
About Me & My Work
My work is rooted in a deep fascination with the physical and psychological structures of humans and animals; I am drawn to the visceral qualities of flesh and bone, as well as our inner instincts that animate them. I use this fascination & knowledge to blend reality with fantasy, creating imagery that feels both grounded and otherworldly. By understanding how bodies are structured and how minds operate, I am able to distort, reconstruct, and reimagine them in ways that remain believable while pushing into the surreal.
Receiving a BFA in Painting with a minor in Technical Theatre at Salisbury University in Salisbury, MD in the Spring of 2026
I primarily use the program Fire Alpaca for my digital works! Traditionally, I paint in oil, or draw with paper & ink.
I am trained in a variety of other mediums! I am knowledgeable in wood working, MIG welding, SFX makeup, and just about anything relating to painting!
